Problem to be solved :

You have a meeting, interview, group discussion, or other interaction that you would like to get give feedback on from a neutral perspective so that you can improve how you perform as a leader. Just as an athlete and coach review tapes together, we’ll do the same here.

Prerequisites:

• Definition of what were the desired outcomes of the meeting, and how your participation was to enable the other participants to be their better selves.
• Mutual NDA

Offering :

• Video review of meeting (up to 2 hours)
• Written feedback
• 1-hour meeting to discuss feedback

Problem to be solved :

You are a senior leader in the product organization and you would like help on improving any number of skills including but not limited to: executive presence, presentation, public speaking, and strategic thinking.
